Returns & Refunds

As a customer within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours:

  • Photos of the item

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items not in original condition
