At Casamaré, we deliver across the European Union with reliable and trackable shipping.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • Western Europe: 2–5 working days

  • Northern & Central Europe: 3–6 working days

  • Southern & Eastern Europe: 5–10 working days

Express Shipping
Available in selected countries — delivery within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Taxes & Additional Charges
Depending on your country, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply upon delivery.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled or covered by Casamaré.

Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to external factors such as courier issues, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
